1. Why you choose this product to be your franchise business?
Since I was the founder of this franchise business, for sure I’m
doing this franchise business. I had been chef for 20 years. And customers does like my Fish Head Noodle so much. So it make me continue on this business.
2. Is that your product safe?
For sure it’s safe. We use fresh ingredient to make our Fish
Head Noodle. Fresh prawn, fresh vegetable and fresh fish head. Everyday we will prepare our soap freshly.

How you expand your business in the market?
Our partnership is Asia Pacific Food and Beverage. Mr Benjamin Ee, President of Asia Pacific F&B Franchise Sdn Bhd gives help in expose our franchisee.

Basically you will start earning money after 2 and the half of years. So in next 5 years time you might earn one more start-up cost of this franchising business.

1. Which kind of promotion been done to expand your business?
We promote our product through media which is SinChew newspaper.

What training did you provide for franchising business?
Basically we provide all the stuff in restaurant like dining tables, chairs, decoration of restaurant, air condition, kitchen and so on. You just only need to pay the cost of your shop rent, electricity and water bill. For sure staff training we will provide too. Chef and Waiter will be trained and provided. Numbers of staff will consider.

What type of management you use to achieve a success franchising
business?
d I think is consumers and contract. Our markets are getting large and large. Especially working area like PJ area and Puchong area. These area got more potential on this Food and beverage market. An acceptable contract also important to protect the franchisor to almost franchisees.

Depend which kind of problems you face. I think every problems we face we straight contact to their head office, else we settle ourselves.

As i known, Pandan Indah area only have one branch. Others place like PJ got few branches such as PJ SS2, PJ new state.
